The Short Version (for the “I skim everything” crowd)

If something shows up broken or not right, we’ve got your back. If you just changed your mind… We’ll still be friends, but there are a few rules.

The Full Scoop

We want you to love your order. Like “show it off to your friends and accidentally talk about it too long” kind of love.

We’ll happily fix things if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• There’s a clear defect or print issue
• We sent the wrong item (hey, we’re human… mostly)

What we’ll do:

• Send a replacement
• Or offer a refund if needed

What’s not eligible for returns:

• Custom or personalized items
• Minor imperfections (layer lines, tiny marks… that’s part of the 3D print charm)
• Orders where the customer selected the wrong size or option

Timing matters:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos so we can make it right fast

The vibe check:

We’re a small shop, not a mega warehouse. If something goes wrong, we’ll work with you like real humans and get it sorted.
