We're a family-owned small business based in Oregon that specializes in authentic Pokémon and One Piece trading cards, collectibles, handmade displays, gaming accessories, and unique creations for collectors and fans alike.
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you're agreeing to the following Terms of Service. Don't worry, there isn't a pop quiz at the end.
1. Products & Services
Every product we sell is carefully described to the best of our ability.
Some items are:
- Handmade to order
- Individually inspected
- Vintage or collectible
- Professionally graded
- Factory sealed
Because many of our products are handmade or collectible in nature:
- Colors may vary slightly.
- Wood grain, filament texture, or finish may differ.
- Trading cards may have natural print variations from the manufacturer.
Every collectible has its own story, and every handmade item is uniquely yours.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices may change without notice because suppliers, manufacturers, and market values occasionally decide to roll a critical hit.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers.
3. Shipping
We ship using trusted shipping carriers to the address provided during checkout.
Once a package has been accepted and marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We strongly recommend checking your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Even R2-D2 can't deliver a package to the wrong planet.
4. Trading Card Information
We specialize in authentic Pokémon and One Piece Trading Card Game products.
Whenever possible, we provide:
- High-quality photographs
- Honest condition descriptions
- Accurate grading information
- Secure packaging
Raw trading cards are sold as photographed.
Please review all listing photos carefully before purchasing.
5. Handmade Products
Many of our products are handcrafted specifically for each customer.
Because every item is individually made:
- Minor cosmetic variations are normal.
- Slight color differences may occur.
- Production times vary by item.
Current processing time is generally 2 to 3 weeks, although custom projects may require additional time.
We'll keep you updated throughout production because communication is just as important as craftsmanship.
6. Intellectual Property
Everything you see on this website was created with a lot of creativity... and probably a few late-night cups of coffee.
Unless otherwise noted, all:
- Product designs
- Logos
- Product photography
- Website graphics
- Digital files
- STL files
- Written descriptions remain the intellectual property of Wacky McLovin.
Digital files are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
Please don't copy, reproduce, redistribute, or sell our work without written permission.
7. Product Safety & Liability
Our products are intended to be used as described.
We cannot be responsible for damage caused by:
- Misuse
- Modifications
- Improper installation
- Accidents
- Using a controller stand as a lightsaber...
(We know someone will try.)
8. Returns & Refunds

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you've reviewed and agree to those policies.
9. International Orders
Customers are responsible for any applicable:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- VAT
- Taxes charged by their country.
Unfortunately, we can't control customs any more than we can control who finds the One Piece first.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website to:
- Break any laws
- Attempt fraud
- Disrupt our services
- Steal content
- Upload malicious software
- Pretend to be someone else

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wacky McLovin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
While we strive for perfection, no business is immune to occasional hiccups.
If something goes wrong, we'll always do our best to make it right.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved under Oregon law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be posted here with an updated revision date.
Continuing to use our website means you accept those updates.
