The Short Version
We're a small family business, not a giant warehouse full of droids.
Every item is carefully made, packed, or inspected before it leaves our workshop. We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.
After all, even the Millennium Falcon needed repairs from time to time.
Returns
Most of our products are handmade or carefully inspected collectibles, so our return policy varies slightly depending on what you purchased.
Handmade Products
Every handmade item is made specifically for you.
Because of that, we generally do not accept returns if you changed your mind.
However...
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Looking like it lost a lightsaber duel with the shipping company...
Please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll happily work with you on a replacement or store credit.
Trading Cards & Collectibles
We specialize in authentic TCG (Trading Card Games) collectibles, and we understand that condition matters.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days, and we'll make it right.
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Opened sealed products
- Condition disagreements that were clearly shown in the listing photos
- Cards that have been altered, damaged, or removed from their original protective packaging
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom orders are made just for you.
Because they're one-of-a-kind, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error.
If we made a mistake, that's on us.
We'll fix it faster than Han Solo made the Kessel Run.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized products
- Custom orders
- Digital downloads or STL files
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or modified items
- Opened sealed trading card products
- Anything that has clearly been loved a little too much
Cancellations
Changed your mind?
No worries.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production or shipping has not already begun.
Once your order enters production, we can't stop the printers... they've become self-aware.
(Okay, not really... but they're pretty determined.)
Exchanges
Need a different item?
The quickest way is to:
- Contact us.
- If eligible, return the original item.
- Once approved, place a new order.
For damaged or defective handmade products, we'll usually send a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
If something looks wrong, let us know immediately.
Send us:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We'll investigate and work quickly to make things right.
No Jedi mind tricks required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Most financial institutions process refunds within 10 business days, although your bank may take a little longer.
If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, please get in touch with us, and we'll investigate.
European Union Orders
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their order, as required by applicable law.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that customized and personalized products are generally exempt from this cooling-off period unless required by local law.
