1. The Welcome Mat (a.k.a. The Serious Part… kinda)

Welcome to Wacky McLovin Prints, where plastic turns into awesome and your inner nerd feels right at home.

By using our site or placing an order, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service. Nothing scary here, just the rules of the playground, so everyone has a good time.

If something doesn’t sit right with you, no hard feelings, but you’ll want to exit stage left before checking out.

2. Our Products (Yes, They’re That Cool)

Everything we make is 3D printed with love, caffeine, and probably a dad joke or two.

What that means:

  • Most items are made to order
  • Small variations happen (because printers are magical, not perfect)
  • Every print is a little unique… like a snowflake, but way cooler

Custom orders:

  • Once we start printing, it’s go time
  • Custom items are final sale unless something goes sideways

Also, we won’t print anything that violates copyright. Even if it’s “for a friend.” We see you.

3. Intellectual Property (Don’t Be That Guy)

All designs, photos, and content belong to Wacky McLovin Prints unless stated otherwise.

Translation:

  • Don’t copy it
  • Don’t resell it
  • Don’t pretend you made it after watching one YouTube video

If you think something on the site is yours, reach out and we’ll sort it out like civilized humans.

4. Pricing & Payments (The Money Talk)

  • Prices are listed in USD
  • Prices can change (because filament doesn’t grow on trees… yet)
  • Payment is due at checkout

We use secure payment systems, so your card info is safe and sound. Safer than your last attempt at assembling IKEA furniture.

5. Shipping & Processing (The Waiting Game)

Good things take time… especially when they’re printed layer by layer.

  • Most items are made after you order
  • Processing time varies depending on demand
  • Shipping times are estimates, not promises

Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s world. We wish we controlled that too, but we’re still working on unlocking that superpower.

6. Returns & Refunds (Let’s Make It Right)

We want you to love your order like it’s your favorite snack.

We’ll fix it if:

  • It arrives damaged
  • Something is clearly defective

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom orders
  • Tiny imperfections that come with 3D printing (that’s part of the charm)

If something’s off, reach out within 7 days with photos and we’ll make it right.

7. Cancellations (The “Oops” Button)

Changed your mind? Happens to the best of us.

  • Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • After that, if printing has started, we may not be able to stop the machine mid-magic

8. Liability (The Fine Print Without the Fine Print)

We’re not responsible for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental “I dropped it while showing it off” moments

Treat your items well and they’ll treat you well.

9. User Conduct (Be Cool, Please)

By using our site, you agree not to:

  • Do anything illegal
  • Try to hack or mess with the site
  • Be a general chaos goblin

Keep it fun, keep it respectful.

10. Privacy (We Don’t Snoop Around)

Your personal info stays safe with us. We don’t sell it, trade it, or whisper it to the neighbor.

13. The 3D Print Reality Check (a.k.a. The “It’s Supposed to Look Like That” Section)

3D printing is awesome, but it’s not injection-mold perfection.

That means:

  • You’ll see layer lines (totally normal)
  • Minor variations can happen
  • Colors may look slightly different depending on the lighting and the filament.

Think of it like handmade, but with robots.
