Shipping & Delivery

Physical products may be prepared in our Oregon studio or fulfilled by a production partner, depending on the item. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.

Processing Time

Many physical items are made to order. Typical processing time is 2 to 5 business days, and custom orders may take a little longer. Product-specific information on the item page takes priority when provided.

Shipping Time

• Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after fulfillment.
• Delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, weather, destination, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Available shipping methods and any charges are shown at checkout for U.S. and selected international destinations.

Free shipping is available on eligible one-time orders with a qualifying subtotal of at least US$35, to destinations available at checkout. It cannot be combined with order discounts or other shipping discounts.

Tracking

When tracking is available for a shipment, the tracking information is sent after the order ships.

Incorrect Addresses

If the wrong address was entered, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we may be able to update it. After shipment, an address change might not be possible.
